Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and staffing.
- Organizational departmental planning.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Organization development.
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
- Employee onboarding, development and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relations.
- Company employee and community communication.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Employee services and counseling.
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in recruiting in the following sectors: Retail, manufacturing, e-commerce
- Extensive experience in recruiting.
- Bilingual (English and Hindi). Telugu is not required, but would be an added advantage.
