Domestic Shipping (within India)
Orders are shipped in 24 working hours (ONLY Items from the ‘24 working-hour dispatch category’) - not including festival holidays, official holidays and weekends - through a trusted courier service.
For ‘made-to-order’ pieces (Items from every other category excluding the ‘24 working-hour dispatch category’) - products will be shipped within the standard 10 days.
Shipping charge Rs.150 within India for prepaid orders is applicable.
For COD orders, a shipping charge of Rs.250 is applicable.

For COD orders above Rs.20,000/-, the order may be split into multiple shipments (as per courier policy).
We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per shipping address.
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation for both ready-made and made-to-order jewellery.
In case a COD order is undelivered due to customer being not available or customer rejecting the delivery, the following will apply if the customer requests redelivery of the same order,
a) Shipping charges of Rs. 350/- will be applicable) and the customer will need to repay the order; shipping amount debit/credit/netbanking.

International Shipping
Orders are dispatched in 24 working hours, and made-to-order jewellery will be dispatched in 10 days. International deliveries will be made by a trusted courier and a tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.
International shipping is free for orders above Rs.25000/- and for orders upto Rs.25,000 a shipping charge of Rs. 3000 will be applicable.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. The above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include customs clearance charges in India.
Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. The courier will attempt to deliver to your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look out for such correspondence.
The following will attract additional charges:
Delivery to a remote location.
Delivery on a Saturday.
Note: International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.

FORCE MAJEURE: Suhani Pittie shall have no liability to any client/buyer for any failure to deliver goods that have been ordered or in any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of god, terrorism, riots, Government lockdowns, Pandemic etc.
