Domestic Shipping (within India)
All jewellery is dispatched within 10 days. Excluding weekends and public/festival holidays.
Domestic orders are shipped through trusted courier partners, and a tracking link will be shared via email once your order has been processed.
Shipping charge Rs.250 within India for prepaid orders is applicable.
For COD orders, a shipping charge of Rs.350 is applicable.

If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Shipping addresses for domestic orders can be changed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed for dispatch, the address can no longer be modified.
We aim to process and confirm all jewellery orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal of delivery, a re-delivery charge of ₹350 will apply.
a) The ₹350 re-delivery charge must be paid in advance via debit card, credit card, net banking, or other online payment methods before the same order can be shipped again.

International Shipping
All jewellery orders are dispatched within 10 days.

We aim to confirm all dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
International shipping is charged at ₹4,500 per kg on all orders.
The above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include customs clearance charges in India.
Please note that we only offer door-to-door delivery and cannot ship to PO Box addresses. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts. They may also contact you by phone or email, so please keep an eye out for any communication from them.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges vary by location and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid directly to the courier company to avoid delays or delivery issues.

You may place multiple orders for the same delivery address. However, if you would like items shipped to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
